Quantum Integration is a 8-month journey. There is the option to extend if more time is needed for deeper work or integration. We will co-create a timeline that supports your personal process and re-evaluate goals and needs as we approach the end of the suggested timeline. An additional fee will be applied for any extension or on-going mentorship.

Quantum Integration includes 8 one-on-one sessions over the course of 8-months. Individual sessions are scheduled every month based on mutual availability. Each session is 55 minutes (via video), where we expand upon program content, integrate your experience, and explore specific areas you wish to work on.

Each module comes with a content package, with specific exercises to the program and personalized practices designed for your unique personal growth and healing.

Quantum Integration Mentorship includes complimentary access to the Integration Station Group Mentorship & Community. Receive ongoing support, guidance, accountability, and feedback between one-on-one sessions during live group calls on.

Each session will include a review of your experience with the program content and practices, and engagement in reflective dialogue to deepen and integrate insights.

Yes! All extended individual mentorship programs (Meet Yourself, Quantum Integration, or Plant Medicine Integration), receive complimentary access to The Integration Station group mentorship for the duration of your individual mentorship. This gives you the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded individuals, participate in live group calls, and engage in collective learning while you work through your personal journey.

Most definitely! There will be reflective prompts, inquiries, and self-guided practices prior to and following each module. These are designed to deepen your journey and help you apply the insights gained from the mentorship to your daily life.

Homework is always optional and tailored to support your unique journey at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Your commitment to this process will be reflected in the transformational outcomes. The program is designed to be flexible, and I encourage you to engage at a level that feels right for you.

Individual Mentorship: Sessions are 55 minutes. Please consider setting aside time before and after our sessions to support presence and processing of our work together.

Homework: You will receive a package for each module, which includes reflective exercises and suggested practices. You can expect a minimum 2-4 hours per module plus optional ongoing personal practices.

Personal Practice: Committing daily time and space for personal practices and creating a reflective ritual that works for your lifestyle is highly beneficial to this process. (optional)

Group Calls & Engagement: You are welcome to join all live group calls, which are held twice a week. Engage in reflective exercises, practices and or community engagement on The Integration Station platforms. (optional)

Yes, all sessions are conducted virtually. Whether you’re participating in group mentorship programs or individual sessions, everything takes place online via video calls. This allows you to join from the comfort of your own space, no matter where you are in the world. We use secure and reliable platforms to ensure a smooth and private experience during our sessions.

In addition to your one-on-one mentorship sessions, you will have complimentary access to live group calls held twice a week, meaning regular and consistent contact points with Aja. Access to group mentorship live calls ensure you receive ongoing support, guidance, accountability, and feedback between one-on-one sessions.

If at any point during the program you feel it’s no longer the right fit for you, I encourage you to reach out. Every person evolves at their own rate, with a one-of-a-kind story in the making. Creating a shift in your life in a sustained and holistic way does not necessarily happen over night.

It is natural for challenging feelings to arise in personal evolution, including thoughts of not wanting to finish the mentorship. If these types of feelings come up, I encourage you to talk to me and allow the thoughts to become part of your process. We’ll discuss any challenges you’re facing and explore how I can support you moving forward.
