No, this program does not involve taking any plant medicines or psychedelics. It is strictly focused on integration—helping you process and incorporate your past or upcoming experiences into your life. However, if you choose to engage in future entheogenic experiences during the program, we will support your preparation and integration afterward.

No prior experience with entheogenic plant medicines is necessary to join. The mentorship is designed for both before and after your journey, providing essential guidance on intention-setting, preparation, and what to expect before, during, and after the experience. The program will meet you wherever you are in your relationship with plant medicines.

Plant Medicine Integration is a 6-month journey. There is the option to extend if more time is needed for deeper work or integration. We will co-create a timeline that supports your personal process and re-evaluate goals and needs as we approach the end of the suggested timeline. An additional fee will be applied for any extension or on-going mentorship.

This program includes 6 one-on-one sessions over the course of 6-months. Individual sessions are scheduled every month based on mutual availability and your integration needs. Each session is 55 minutes (via video), where we expand upon program content, integrate your experience, and explore specific areas you wish to work on.

Each session comes with preparatory content, including specific exercises to the program and personalized practices designed for your unique personal growth and healing.

The Plant Medicine Integration program includes complimentary access to the Integration Station Group Mentorship & Community. Receive ongoing support, guidance, accountability, and feedback between one-on-one sessions during live group calls on.

Yes! All extended individual mentorship programs (Meet Yourself, Quantum Integration, or Plant Medicine Integration), receive complimentary access to The Integration Station group mentorship for the duration of your individual mentorship. This gives you the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded individuals, participate in live group calls, and engage in collective learning while you work through your personal journey.

Most definitely! There will be reflective prompts, inquiries, and self-guided practices prior to and following each module. These are designed to deepen your journey and help you apply the insights gained from the mentorship to your daily life.

Homework is always optional and tailored to support your unique journey at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

In addition to your one-on-one mentorship sessions, you will have complimentary access to live group calls held twice a week, meaning regular and consistent contact points with Aja. Access to group mentorship live calls ensure you receive ongoing support, guidance, accountability, and feedback between one-on-one sessions.

If at any point during the program you feel it’s no longer the right fit for you, I encourage you to reach out. Every person evolves at their own rate, with a one-of-a-kind story in the making. Creating a shift in your life in a sustained and holistic way does not necessarily happen over night.

It is natural for challenging feelings to arise in personal evolution, including thoughts of not wanting to finish the mentorship.
