The extended one-on-one mentorship programs go much deeper. Mentorships span a longer period and focus on ongoing personal development, helping you evaluate, expand, and refine your way of being over time. Programs are designed for those seeking comprehensive, transformative guidance, integrating multiple aspects of self-discovery and personal growth.

The Group Mentorship Program is designed for collective learning and growth. This is especially supportive for individuals looking for meaningful connection in their path of self-discovery and awakening, those working with entheogenic plant medicines, and anyone ready to co-create meaningful change on our planet.

My free online community offers a space for like-hearted individuals to connect, share, and support each other on their journeys. While this space does not provide personalized guidance like the mentorship programs or sessions, it’s a valuable resource for ongoing learning and connection.

What is The Integration Station?

The Integration Station is an education and support hub focused on personal and collective awakening. It is designed to help you explore, integrate, and embody your spiritual essence into everyday life as we step into a new reality.
 
The Integration Station includes an 11-week Group Mentorship, a free online community platform and a podcast to explore resources and content.

How long are the mentorship programs?

Meet YourSelf is a 9-month program. 
Quantum Integration is a 7-month program. 
Plant Medicine Integration is a 6-month program. 
Group Mentorship provides recurring 11-week membership.

There is the option to extend if more time is needed for deeper work or integration. We will co-create a timeline that supports your personal process and re-evaluate goals and needs as we approach the end of the suggested timeline. An additional fee will be applied for any extension or on-going mentorship.

How are mentorship programs structured?

Each individual mentorship has a set number of sessions based on the program curriculum.

Individual sessions are typically scheduled every 2-4 weeks based on mutual availability. One-on-one sessions are 55 minutes (via video), where we expand upon program content, integrate your experience, and explore specific areas you wish to work on.
 
Each module comes with a content package, with both specific exercises to the program and personalized practices and tools designed for your unique personal growth and healing.
 
All individual mentorship programs come with complimentary access to the Integration Station Group Mentorship & Community to receive ongoing support, guidance, accountability, and feedback between one-on-one sessions during live group calls.

What can I expect from one-on-one sessions?

Each session is unique, and depending on your focus, the session may blend aspects of vibrational psychology, energetic and quantum integration, and psychedelic plant medicine integration. Expect a combination of:

In addition to your one-on-one mentorship sessions, you will have complimentary access to live group calls held twice a week, meaning regular and consistent contact points for support.

Access to group mentorship live calls ensure you receive ongoing support, guidance, accountability, and feedback between one-on-one sessions.

In addition to the group calls and online community support, participants are encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and seek guidance from both group facilitators and peers. You’ll also have access to tools, practices, and resources to aid in your integration process.

How do I prepare for our session?

To get the most out of your one-on-one session with Aja: 
 
Set an Intention: Take a few moments to reflect on what you’d like to focus on during the session. Whether it’s emotional healing, spiritual integration, or exploring specific challenges, having a clear intention will help guide the flow of the session.
Create a Comfortable Space: Since sessions are virtual, find a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Consider creating an environment that makes you feel safe and relaxed.
Bring a Journal: Having a notebook or journal handy allows you to jot down insights, reflections, or any exercises that may come up during the session. It can also be a great tool for integrating the work after the session.
Be Open and Present: Come with an open mind and heart, ready to explore whatever arises. The session is a safe space, and being fully present will help you connect more deeply with the process.
Hydrate: It’s a good idea to drink water before and after the session. Staying hydrated supports your energy flow, especially if we’re doing deep emotional or energetic work.

Do individual mentorship programs include access to your group and community?

Yes! All extended individual mentorship programs receive complimentary access to The Integration Station group mentorship for the duration of your individual mentorship.

What happens if I can’t get to every group call or miss a live call?

It is not expected that you attend every call. Each call will offer a different topic and unique constellation of energy based on who is present on the call.
 
Treat the group as a drop-in session for connection, accountability, learning, and on-going support, and join whenever you can!

Do I need any prior experience?

No prior experience in spiritual or multidimensional work is required. The Integration Station welcomes participants at all levels of their journey. Each session is designed to support both beginners and more advanced seekers.

Will there be homework?

Most definitely! There will be reflective prompts, inquiries, and self-guided practices designed to deepen your journey and help you apply the insights gained from the mentorship to your daily life.
 
Homework is always optional and tailored to support your unique journey at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Can I use my extended health benefits to cover our session?

Yes! If you have extended health benefits that cover services provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), you can apply them towards any one-on-one work with Aja. The Group Mentorship is typically not covered by extended benefits.

I recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and I can provide any necessary documentation to assist with your claims.

Are all sessions virtual?

Yes, all sessions are conducted virtually. Whether you’re participating in group mentorship programs or individual sessions, everything takes place online via video calls. This allows you to join from the comfort of your own space, no matter where you are in the world. We use secure and reliable platforms to ensure a smooth and private experience during our sessions.

How do I sign up?

If you are interested in a Guidance Counselling session, please book directly online.

For all extended mentorship programs, including individual and group, simply book an intake call. During this call, we’ll explore your goals and intentions, answer any questions you have about the mentorship, and determine if it’s the right fit for you. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll arrange your first session and create a plan together.

What is the cost of the mentorship programs?

Question 17

What if I decide not to continue with the individual mentorship program?

Accepted Answer

If at any point during your individual mentorship you feel it’s no longer the right fit for you, I encourage you to reach out. Every person evolves at their own rate, with a one-of-a-kind story in the making. Creating a shift in your life in a sustained and holistic way does not necessarily happen over night.
 
It is natural for challenging feelings to arise in personal evolution, including thoughts of not wanting to finish the mentorship. If these types of feelings come up, I encourage you to talk to me and allow the thoughts to become part of your process. We’ll discuss any challenges you’re facing and explore how I can support you moving forward.
 
I also understand that personal journeys can change. If you still choose to discontinue, I will work with you on next steps, including any potential payment adjustments, depending on the point of your departure from the program.

Question 18

What is the policy for changing or cancelling my one-on-one session?

You can reschedule or cancel any one-on-one session up to 24 hours in advance. To make changes, simply reach out via email or the scheduling platform, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.
 
However, if you need to change or cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged. This policy helps maintain the integrity of my scheduling flow.
 
Please inform me of any unforeseeable circumstance within the 24-hour period, and we will discuss case-by-case.

Question 19

What is the Group cancellation policy?

1)	Cancellation Before Program Start: If you cancel your participation before your first group call, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
 
2)	Cancellation Within the First Two Weeks: If you decide to cancel within the first two weeks of your 11-week membership, you are eligible for a partial refund (50%) of the total program cost. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
 
3)	Cancellation After Two Weeks: After the first two weeks of the program, no refunds will be provided. You will still have access to all group calls during the remainder of your 11-weeks.
 
4)	In Exceptional Cases: I understand that unexpected situations (such as medical emergencies or other personal reasons) may arise. In these cases, I handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis, and you are encouraged to contact me to discuss your circumstances.
 
5)	How to Cancel: To cancel your membership, please send a written request via email to aja@ajaoso.com. I will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm your cancellation and initiate any applicable refund or payment adjustment.
