WHAT WE EXPLORE

Integrating Psychology, Spirituality, Energetics & Embodiment
AjaOso explores five interconnected areas of human experience, from understanding our internal states to navigating spiritual openings and questioning the nature of reality.
Each offers a different perspective on what it means to be human, and how we might live with greater awareness, intention, and connection.
Vibrational Psychology
WORKING WITH YOUR ENERGETIC STATE
Vibrational Psychology is the developing framework at the heart of AjaOso.
It begins with a simple understanding: how we experience life is influenced by the state we're in.
Our internal state shapes what we perceive, how we relate, and the choices we make. By becoming more aware of these patterns, we can begin to engage with life differently.
This work supports:
-
Emotional overwhelm, depletion, and stagnation
-
Repeating relational and behavioural patterns
-
Energetic sensitivity, boundaries, and self-trust
-
The relationship between awareness, internal state, and embodied change.

The intention is not simply to change what you think, but to shift the state you live from.
Spiritual Integration
LIVING YOUR INSIGHTS
Spiritual awakenings and profound personal experiences can change how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the world.
These experiences can be meaningful and transformative, but they may also leave us questioning who we are and how to move forward.
Spiritual Integration offers a space to make sense of these changes and begin living what we've discovered.
This work explores:
-
Spiritual openings and shifts in awareness.
-
Changes in identity, meaning, and belonging.
-
Navigating uncertainty and personal transformation.
-
Bringing spiritual insight into relationships, choices and daily life

Awakening may change how we see life. Integration is learning how to live with what we've discovered.
Plant Medicine Support
HONOURING THE ARC OF CEREMONY
Plant medicine experiences can bring forward profound emotions, memories, insights, and questions. Yet the experience itself is only one part of the journey.
What happens before and after can be just as important.
I offer psychologically informed support for preparation and integration, helping you approach these experiences with intention and make sense of what emerges.
This work supports:
-
Emotional and psychological preparation.
-
Processing insights, emotions, and challenging experiences.
-
Integrating experiences into relationships, values, and daily life.
-
Developing discernment and a responsible relationship with altered states.

The deeper work is not simply what happens during an experience, but how we choose to live afterwards.
Conscious Evolution
CREATING NEW WAYS OF LIVING
Many of us are questioning the beliefs, values, and systems we've inherited, sensing that familiar ways of living no longer reflect who we're becoming.
Conscious Evolution is about participating intentionally in that change.
It begins with examining what we've been taught, becoming clear about what matters, and making choices that reflect the life and world we want to create.
This work explores:
-
Questioning inherited conditioning and societal expectations.
-
Navigating uncertainty and collective change.
-
Developing personal values, discernment, and sovereignty.
-
Creating a life rooted in integrity, and conscious choice

As we change the way we live,
we also change how we participate in the world.
Multidimensional Awareness
EXPLORING THE UNSEEN
Not every aspect of human experience fits neatly within conventional explanations.
Intuition, subtle perception, mystical experiences, and encounters with the unknown can invite us to question what we understand about consciousness and the nature of reality.
Multidimensional Awareness is an exploration of these questions, including our relationship with nature, ancestry, the unseen, and the greater cosmos.
This work explores:
-
Intuition, subtle perception, and energetic sensitivity.
-
Mystical and difficult-to-explain experiences.
-
Nature, ancestry, cosmic belonging, quantum realms and interconnectedness.
-
Approaching unfamiliar experiences with curiosity, discernment, and grounding.

We don't need to have all the answers to remain curious about the mysteries of being human.

"I wasn't falling apart, but I also wasn't who I had been. I needed support from someone who could meet me in that depth without reducing it to stages or symptoms. Since working with Aja, I trust my inner movements more, and feel more grounded, ethical and embodied in my relationship with plant medicine."
